COMING SOON - Vital Baby & MaByLand to host focus group with BBC's Apprentice Claire Young
Vital Baby and MaByLand have teamed up with BBC's Apprentice star Claire Young to host a mummy focus group in January.
Claire Young became a new mum in June this year, welcoming baby Eva. Recently she has been busy recruiting mum's from her local area, Wakefield, and will be taking part in the focus group herself.
Both Vital Baby and MaByLand plan to debut their new 2013 ranges to the group with Vital Baby focusing on their Nurture range launched this summer. Products to be tested include Vital Baby's Breast-like Feeding Bottle and MaByLand's Floral Changing Bags Collection and Luxury Comfort Baby Carrier.
Both companies are looking forward to the event and receiving honest feedback from real mums. Focus groups provide valuable feedback enabling companies to improve current and future product ranges. We'll let you know the outcome early next year!
Vital Baby® wins 'New product market 2012 under £20' Gold award!
Vital Baby's revolutionary Nurture Breast-like Feeding Baby Bottle has won the New Product Market 2012 under £20 Gold Award and the Bottle/Teat Bronze Award recognized by Practical Parenting & Pregnancy Awards, the UK's biggest parenting awards.
The awards were received for the innovative nipple shaped flexible teat Nurture bottle from the new Nurture range, an innovative collection of baby feeding essentials especially designed to support breastfeeding mums and their families.
The nature of the highly respected awards is described by Judith Wilkinson, a writer for Madeformums.com: "Practical Parenting & Pregnancy magazine has been trusted by mums and mums-to-be for 25 years. Made from medical grade silicone the teats of all our Baby bottles are super soft so they don’t hurt baby’s gums, the unique Flex Zone™ technology employed means the teat stretches and adapts just like a mother’s breast and even the nipple shaped teat has been designed to be wide as well as flat, like a real life nipple, and unlike other bottles!

New range of baby feeding products wins not 1 but 2 Loved By Parents awards!
This month our new range received two awards from Loved By Parents. Our new KidiSipper sippy cups received a Gold Award for Best Drinking Cup or Travel Bottle and our new Nurture Microwave Steam Steriliser won a Silver Award for Best Baby Steriliser. It's great to have such an amazing response to our new products and it really means a lot as parents have taken their time to vote for us!
Baby Show NEC – An overwhelming success
Another successful show for us at the NEC which left us exhausted but very happy to have met so many satisfied existing customers and many more potential new ones. Our stand (pictured left - before the deluge!) was a veritable hive of activity. Highlights included:
:- We launched our new range of nurture products and received great feedback from parents.
:- Parents loved the idea of our new breast-like feeding bottle, with its flattened nipple shape, that stretches and flexes to mimic the natural breast-feeding action.
:- Other hits with the parents were our digital bath and room thermometer, the nasal decongester specially designed to clear baby's blocked nose quickly and effectively, the steriliser and our range of colourful teethers to help soothe sore baby and toddler gums during all stages of teething.
:- And we actually sold out of our new microwave steam steriliser and health and safety kit, so next time we will have to over-estimate demand!
All these new products are available in the Vital Baby online shop and now we're rested after the show we look forward to serving you online.

Baby Show Excel - We 'bowled' you over!
Thanks to everyone who came to visit us at the Baby Show Excel 2012 - it was great to see you all! This was our 8th Baby Show appearance and we are pleased to say that your response to our quality products and advice from our helpful team has not faded at all.
