Standard Returns Policy
Whether you've changed your mind or don't need something anymore, we understand that sometimes things change and you want to return it for a refund. As long as the item is still in its original condition, unused and in it's original packaging, you can return it within 14 days of delivery to receive a full refund (where the postage of an unwanted order was free upon purchasing, £4.95 may be deducted from the refund for P&P costs).
Items should be returned in their original packaging, and with all descriptive tags still attached. Your statutory rights will not be affected.
This only applies to items bought directly from this website, www.vitalbaby.com. Items purchased from another website or a high street retailer must be returned directly to them.
We will only accept returns from the person who bought the item with proof of purchase.
Please keep proof of your return as sometimes parcels can go astray.

Changed your mind after 14 days?
We will accept unwanted items back up to 14 days after you have received your order, as long as they are in resellable condition. Damaged or incomplete items will not be accepted. We cannot be liable for delivery costs for the return of unwanted items.

Please contact us for advice and guidance on what needs to happen next. We inspect all products on return. If we agree that the product is faulty, it will either be refunded or replaced free of charge.
It is essential for both hygiene reasons and to allow us to carry out a thorough assessment, that all items are returned to us in a clean and satisfactory fashion. We appreciate that due to the nature of our products, some usage may have occurred, however, we reserve the right to refuse an inspection if the products are returned in a state unfit for handling.
